Dave Andelman, who is known as the Phantom Gourmet CEO and the president of the Restaurant and Business Alliance called into Monday Night Talk to discuss his Op-Ed commentary that was published in the Boston Business Journal. In the article,  Andelman says the goal of lawmakers in Massachusetts should be to seek full employment instead of seeking additional taxes, fees or regulations.
