WTFP is a pool of money that, according to the Massachusetts Department of Labor’s website, “provides resources to Massachusetts businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees.” Any business that pays into the Commonwealth’s Unemployment Insurance system is eligible to receive Workforce Training Fund dollars to train their incumbent workers, and those eligible are especially encouraged to attend. .
